Refund and Returns Policy

By placing an order through Shopsfamily, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure transparency and help you understand our return and refund process. These terms apply to orders shipped within the United States.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

2. No Return Label? No Problem

We do not include return labels in our packages. If you need to return an item, please contact us at support@shopsfamily.com, and our team will assist you with your return or exchange request.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at support@shopsfamily.com and include the following information:

  • Order number and full name

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or screenshot)

  • Reason for return

  • Photo or video showing the issue (for damaged or defective items)

We typically review return requests within 24 hours. Once your request is approved, we’ll confirm by email and begin the refund process.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or the wrong size, we will offer a free replacement. Please email us at support@shopsfamily.com with supporting photos or videos of the issue.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are damaged, incorrect, or sent in the wrong size. To request an exchange, contact us at support@shopsfamily.com.

Note: Return shipping is free for damaged or defective items.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 3–5 business days to process and post the refund.

7. Cancellations

To cancel your order and receive a full refund, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible due to processing and fulfillment.

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete addresses that lead to failed deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.
